Refund Policy
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with factory/manufacturer defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won’t be able to take those items back. Give them another chance; you might learn to love them as much as they love you!
- Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
- Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
- Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
Defective Merchandise
If you received an item that has a manufacturer’s defect, notify us immediately at admin@gmdmotorparts.store. We will coordinate with you on the procedure of the return. Your item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the defective merchandise. Once we receive the item, we will evaluate whether the defect is indeed manufacturer-related. If so, we will ship to you a replacement item but you will be charge and shoulder the shipping cost both ways. OR you can return the item to the nearest GMD Stores to you.
We do not tear open original packaging in blister packs. We exert our best efforts to visually check items for defects before shipping them out. We check for missing parts, damaged items, dents, and such other defects that affect the functionality of the item. Please note we don’t screen minor imperfections like stitches in bags that are not perfectly straight or light scratches in knives and tools, which are not uncommon. Also, given the number of items we sell, we cannot guarantee that we are able to spot all types of defects and imperfections, especially hidden ones.
Since we are an online shop, and do have a retail store display, you are assured that all the items we sell are factory fresh from all our suppliers, come in the condition we received from the manufacturer.
Incorrect Merchandise
This rarely happens but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package, we hope you can send us a note at admin@gmdmotorparts.store or contact us and we would love to get your right purchase to your doorstep immediately! Note: The item(s) must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
Wrong Size / Item Ordered
We accept returns for shirts, pants, shorts, jackets, headgear, belts, gloves, protective gear, eyewear, helmets and shoes if you ordered the wrong size; or for some reason you are not satisfied with it. Please email us at admin@gmdmotorparts.store, contact us immediately OR bring it back in nearest gmd Store to you, for you to fit the best size for you.
The item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. The buyer should shoulder shipping both ways.
Returns Exceptions
We inspect each and every product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse return for any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:
- Obvious wear & tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise.
- Any and all size adjustments such as links removed from any item, garments that have been laundered, tailored and/or altered, etc.
- Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, animal fur, etc.
- Protective packaging, tags, or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.
- Related warranty paperwork, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
Refund
If you want to have a refund to any damaged, defective, wrong item delivered, or items that doesn’t fit to you, reimbursement options is STORE credit to your next purchase online or in store! Please email us at admin@gmdmotorparts.store, contact us immediately OR bring it back in nearest GMDStore to you. The item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
